IEOD takes great pride in our team.
The majority of our team consists of retired officers and NCOs with extensive military background from the I.D.F’s various Combat Engineering Units.
The company is owned and managed by Mr. Gilad Salomon and Mr. Eyal Shalev.
Both are retired senior officers from the I.D.F’s E.O.D alignment and served as commanders of the Bomb Disposal Squadron in the Special Operations Engineering Unit.
We believe that every successful project needs a combination of 3 factors as listed below in their order of importance:

- Utilizing clear and effective SOPs derived from years of field experience.
