Background:
In the heart of Netanya, a Pedestrian Bridge was planned to cross over the busy Ben-Gurion Avenue and connect the city to a beautiful Iris Flower Park on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. During construction operations of the bridge various UXOs and ammunitions were located in what turned out to be an old British Military Firing Ground. The work on site was ceased until the company was contracted and could complete clearance operations.
Mission:
Clear the working area to the required construction depths and retrieve all UXO and ammunitions from the construction site.
SOPs:
Manual and Mechanical BAC operations.
